Kundalini Meditation - Seated

Step by step, Mark Griffin unfolds the full experience of the divine energy of the universe, the Kundalini, in this guided meditation. Appropriate for all levels of experience.

In the full-length session with Mark, he incorporated a standing meditation technique into the practice. We make that version available (see below: seated + standing) or you may prefer this version with only the seated portion. The guided portion of the meditation is 52 minutes long, followed by 25 minutes of gentle music, allowing for an extended session of meditation.
