Mahamudra

The Mahamudra Intensive was given as the culmination of a set of teachings Mark Griffin gave on emptiness, and the union of emptiness and form, during May of 2009.  This 2-part audio recording also includes a follow-up talk from the weekly meditation session following the Intensive, as well as Mark's answer to an excellent question in the next week.

As one's meditation practice advances, the experience of emptiness becomes more and more dominant, arising simultaneously with the experience of form.  These talks help illuminate that experience for us, and show how embracing emptiness is the fast path to liberation.
